Colin is a seasoned Project Manager focused on comprehensive management throughout all phases of construction, from predevelopment to occupancy. His development experience includes the conversion, repurposing, development, and management of mixed-use, residential, commercial, and historical properties. He possesses expertise in construction, tenant and community relations, property and asset management, and capital and strategic planning. In his role, Colin coordinates with owners, contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure quality control. He also manages all construction activities, keeping projects on time and within budget, while handling close-out tasks.
