Troy Emidy spent his first 7 years in the NYC market, and has worked his way up through amazing companies in the New York City and Philadelphia Market to become the Proud Owner of SL Commercial.  He has served over 25 Years in the construction industry. 

Christine McGlensey has also owned and operated companies in the region to now direct all administrative and office operations,  As a contract and permit specialist, she manages a team to implement efficient permit and contract promulgation.  

We have several Project Managers and Superintendents to manage our projects throughout the region and now, throughout the country.

Proud Graduate of West Virginia University with a Masters Degree from the College of Engineering and Mineral Resources. Proud to have served as the President of the Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity and for all of our philanthropic activities. 

Proud to have worked over 25 years in the industry throughout 14 states across the country in several sectors of construction including Enviromental, Civil, Wireless, Commercial and Residential.  I am especially proud to have led teams at Ground Zero with the first responders as a young Project Manager in the days and months after 9/11.  Proud to have served and learned from the best throughout my career.  My Mentor, Dale Paradise, at ground zero with me are shown above.  

Our team is proud to mentor the youth of tomorrow through ACE Mentoring - ARCHITECTURE, CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING. Proud to guide and lead our future leaders and professionals in the industry through internships, employment opportunities and leadership programs. 

Proud to coach Football, Wrestling and Baseball with all of the youth athletes with so many other Parents and Volunteers that dedicate our time together.  Proud to Volunteer and Support all Youth Sports through fundraising, sponsorship and community involvement..  

Proud of our two young men that represent Monsignor Bonner Football and Wrestling and our youngest who represents  Malvern Prep Wrestling, Football and Baseball.. So Proud of , Sami, who has received a Full Scholarship for the College of Nursing at Drexel University.   They have brought us so much joy through their success in sports, academics, friendships and as young adults..  Proud to be raised by loving parents and guided with family who taught me that relationships are earned through honesty and love!  Thank you.!
