This 10,000 square foot Class A warehouse office fit out is located within a 40,000 square foot space, starting with a 300 ft long/40 ft high demising wall to separate the client’s logistical needs, including a temperature-controlled facility. The 12 ft glass walls divide the executive offices from the 5,000 square feet of systems furniture and collaboration areas. A gym, lab, office and warehouse restrooms, and lockers complete the spacious new headquarters for our client.

The design-assist approach is highlighted by structural steel framing, a steel fire-rated stairwell, and exterior and interior storefront openings in an existing Nucor Building Systems structure, featuring hollow metal frame borrowed lites overlooking the production floor. Open floor plans and exposed ceilings with accentuated ductwork enhance the aesthetic, complemented by new LED pendant lighting throughout. All new upgraded mechanical systems, electrical distribution, and plumbing work support the new restrooms and shower facilities.
