This was a warehouse conversion to a Class A Executive Office and Showroom that showcases the most sophisticated and elaborate lighting/controls systems in the industry. Frank Lombardo and Kylie Miller Bufty represented the tenant and introduced SLc for this Negotiated tenant improvement deal.
