This full demolition and interior construction project now features 22 life-size doghouses, 2 large interactive play areas, and hundreds of linear feet of custom fencing by Rob Kelly and EC Fence & Iron Works, Inc. The space also includes custom grooming stations, millwork, and tile. All of the stations and doghouses are protected with custom Acrovyn wainscoting, ensuring the safety of the dogs. The highlight of the project is a high-gloss, high-traffic custom concrete epoxy floor throughout, installed by Creative Surfaces, Inc.
Architect: Frank D. Mileto. Engineer: Lam & Associates Consulting, Inc.
This is Penn State University’s newest and only Asian market, sushi restaurant, and bubble tea collaborative location. This project involved transforming a space to accommodate distinct areas for each of these concepts, ensuring the layout was both functional and aesthetically appealing. With careful attention to design, our team worked to create a seamless integration of this space. This project features custom millwork and specialized kitchen installations.
