SL Commercial Construction is proud to have served as the Construction Management team that brought this iconic Philadelphia landmark to the next level for Ravi Bayanker and his team. Colin Leonard was the SLc Senior Project Manager who led the effort.
This three-story, multi-phase project began with a complete demolition and shoring down to the perimeter structure in order to conjoin two buildings with open floor plans. Three floors of structural steel beams and columns were installed before the main construction began. SL carpenters framed and built from the basement to the third floor, which includes three bars, two lounges, a DJ suite, green room, two restroom banks, and three major dance floors.
All walls and ceilings were constructed with a soundproofing system designed by engineers. Custom wood floors, concrete bar tops, and state-of-the-art sound and lighting controls—drawing inspiration from Miami and Ibiza—provided the finishing touches to this world-class club.

SL was hired as an approved project manager for Disneyland Resorts in Orlando, FL to build the latest location of this family-owned fast food restaurant chain. This was a new construction project.

This project involved a complete demolition and repositioning of a transmission garage, featuring all-new mechanical HVAC systems, overhead and underground plumbing, as well as upgraded electrical service with full power and lighting distribution throughout. SLc constructed entirely new, tailored restrooms, handcrafted bars, and a stunning, specialized tasting room that includes grape pressing, processing, and tasting areas—designed to support the production of the city’s finest wines.
