This is Penn State University’s newest and only Asian market, sushi restaurant, and bubble tea collaborative location. This project involved transforming a space to accommodate distinct areas for each of these concepts, ensuring the layout was both functional and aesthetically appealing. With careful attention to design, our team worked to create a seamless integration of this space. This project features custom millwork and specialized kitchen installations.

This is one of the most high end restaurants located in Beverly Hills for another international client out of Spain. This consisted of custom millwork and finishes throughout, including one of the most complex shoring and structural engineering projects in LA.

This is an owners representation project that consisted of 30,000 square feet of new office training, professional commercial kitchens, and executive offices for a national client. The warehouse consisted of 400,000 square feet of conveyors, manufacturing, and technical support installations.

SL was hired as an approved project manager for Disneyland Resorts in Orlando, FL to build the latest location of this family-owned fast food restaurant chain. This was a new construction project.
Alpha Omicron Pi
SL has completed a multitude of phased renovations of sorority houses at all of these universities: Drake University, UC Davis, University of Kentucky, Ohio State University, University of Maryland, and SUNY Oneonta.
Homestar Storage
SL Commercial was retained by Homestar Storage to act as their in house construction management team throughout the country. We are also currently working in Port Richmond, Florida, as well as Memphis, Tennessee on two exciting expansion projects.
